Recently redecorated and furnished, this vacation villa features luxuries such as marble and hardwood floors, granite counters in the kitchen, and marble bathrooms. Visit with another couple and enjoy spreading out and making use of all the space inside this spacious home, or come with your family and have fun with the kids in the private, heated swimming pool. Outside there’s a grill for barbecue cooking, and a table and chairs and pool loungers provide plenty of options for relaxation around the pool. And, when you prefer to spend time on the beach it’s just a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful Ft. Lauderdale Beach and an easy walk to downtown’s great restaurants, shopping and nightlife. This comfortable vacation villa has a best of both worlds location.

Comments: We were truly grateful we came across this property with the most
amazing, relaxing and magnificent views we never would have thought of experiencing. The location is perfect since it seconds to the beach and right in town. Everything is close by; restaurants, walks on the beach, nightlife, etc. The house was very much as advertised. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting this area.

Comments: We rented this tropical home for a family vacation in December. There were seven of us (two adults and five adult children) and the villa worked out perfectly.
The tropical pool setting is amazing. The house is decorated with beautiful artwork and furniture. Wifi fast enough with no interruptions. The kitchens are outfitted with enough pots and pans for anyone who wants to cook. There is also a grill, and the staff will deliver charcoal if you need it. The owners recommendations for favorite restaurants were excellent. We will definitely return. Thanks again!
